Ally LaMont is a BFA-trained actor and singer (Theatre Arts, LIU Post) based in New Jersey, minutes from New York City. An alto with a warm, expressive range, she’s as comfortable carrying a scene as she is running one from the wings — with credits spanning lead and ensemble roles as well as stage management and production.

Performing has been her language since childhood: the place she goes to make sense of the world, and the thing she most wants to give back. Her goal is simple — to make art that moves people and heals. Whether she’s in the spotlight or backstage, she’s building a life in the theatre, and she’d love to be part of yours.
